Savvy investors know timing is crucial and based on several factors including the current financial climate the market is very strong for quality rentable properties.


More and more folks are moving to Panama from the U.S. Canada, U.K and Venezuela just to mention a few. These individuals either do not currently have the income to purchase or would rather rent first for 6 mos. to a year. David has very little inventory for quality rentals and occupancy is in the 80-90-% range.


Buying a home with the intention of renting either short term or long will allow you to recoup your expenses, make profit and have your home appreciate for the future.

Option 1


Take advantage of our onsite property management service to look after every aspect of the rental process.From screening and background checks of potential renters to total home inspections on a monthly basis. Bill paying services may also be provided to cover utilities, telephone and maintenance while you are away.

 

As with the traditional vacation home, owners can use their condo villa whenever they choose. Unlike the traditional second home, however, the owner has the option of participating in the our company's rental program to share in the rental income the suite generates.


Ownership is trouble-free because all maintenance and rental issues are handled in-house by the management company.

Condo/ Villas are not timeshares. Timeshares typically allot each owner only one or two weeks of usage per year. The same calendar weeks are reserved each year, unless the owner chooses to go through the lengthy process of making a trade with another owner, if possible.


With Flores de Natalia condo-villas, owners can generally use their home whenever they choose, and collect income on the home when not in use. Timeshares generally do not produce income, and are extremely difficult to sell, even at a loss. Condo/Villas can be sold and are likely to appreciate over time, like any other piece of real estate.

 

Our fees for this service are very attractively priced at 15% for long term and 20% for short term. However the choice is totally up to you the owner.
